Marketing Strategist

I work with clients to produce marketing strategies via multimedia channels & IRL (In Real Life).

Marketing & Public Relations Manager (including Online Presence/Social Media) – Plans, coordinates, manages and executes vision/goals, concept, strategies, timeline, logistics, staffing, etc. Strategic assessment and planning in aspects including determining target/existing markets, and most effective and efficient methods of reach; determining and obtaining revenue goals with existing and ideal targeted budgets. Strategic planning for launch, reinforcement and expansion of brand through Websites; Internet, Print, TV, Radio Media; Blogs; Newsletters. Writing, layout and creation of materials through the dissemination process.

Event & Project Coordination Manager - Strategic goal planning for launch, reinforcement, and expansion of brand through events including promotional and publicity campaigns, establishing desired event presence, and internal and external branding projects. Drafts and edits correspondence; communicates with management, executives, board members, employees, vendors, clients, etc. Creates and maintains databases; mail merges/mass mailings (hard copy and electronic). Records and distributes meeting minutes. Creates and maintains spreadsheets for budget and other data. Staff training and management of team members. Brainstorming process through Back & Front-of-House Production and finished product/execution/distribution

Promotions - Researches, creates, coordinates and implements strategy and campaign

Materials & Mailings - Creates content and layout design, mass mailings (database work, distribution) and invitations, announcements, flyers, order forms, etc. (electronic & hard copy)

Public Relations - Writes, submits to all media mediums, follows up on press releases; Researches, writes, edits, creates promotional materials; Coordinates media interviews and public appearances; Researches and writes scripts; Interviews with media as spokesperson; Makes presentations, hosts promotions

Procedures - Creates (and implements when applicable) procedures, rules/guidelines

Staffing & Management - Creates job descriptions and procedures, hires, screens, trains and manages staff and volunteers

Administrative Work - IRL (In Real Life) and Virtual administrative work
